After the pandemic, as consumers resumed traveling, they discovered that locations offering at-home conveniences became challenging to book. This was due to cities implementing restrictions or outright bans on short-term rental properties.
In response to this trend, I embarked on a project to design a new boutique hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. This hotel aims to provide travelers with the convenience of a hotel stay while still enjoying the at-home amenities commonly found in short-term rentals. It will serve as an expansion of the Beemok Hospitality Collection.
Bvlgari Geographic Expansion
This project outlines an expansion strategy for Bvlgari, the iconic luxury brand founded in 1884. Known for its exceptional craftsmanship, bold designs, and elegance in its jewelry, watches, accessories, fragrances, and luxury hotels, Bvlgari harnesses its rich heritage, compelling storytelling, innovation, celebrity endorsements, and experiential marketing to solidify its market presence. The brand currently leverages standalone boutiques and authorized retailers as distribution channels. The proposed expansion aims to elevate Bvlgari’s brand identity, strengthen its market position, and enhance brand equity by venturing into a new, strategically chosen geographic area.
